PFLAG of Greater Waterbury
Founded in 1972, PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians And Gays) is a national organization committed to uniting families and allies with people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer. PFLAG has a threefold mission of support, education, and advocacy. The Waterbury chapter of PFLAG began as an exploratory committee in November of 2016, and has been a full chapter since May of 2017.

Our annual Pride event in Downtown Waterbury is dedicated to creating a vibrant and inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ individuals can come together to celebrate their identities openly and proudly.
